There are 1 unit each on 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st floor which the unit next to it is empty lot. That gives your room a better privacy and better view.

Hi Adeline, both rooms are almost similar same. It can fits a queen size bed and wardrobe too. RM 380 for either one of them, up to your preferences.

I am a bit surprised of the room's responses received from people who have viewed it. They said it's nice :) I am still considering therefore the rooms are still available. You may contact me and fix a time for viewing. To be honest if you possess own transport, this will be a great place and convenient to stay. Otherwise you have to depend on the Rapid KL and Metro busses outside this condo within 2 mins walk. Eventually it's the entire serene environment and overall facilities which made me fall in love with this unit. You are welcomed to see it yourself.

I will be renovating the kitchen cabinet after Chinese New Year next year, running out of budget now :( However there will be facilities for simple cooking, no worries.

The room is still available. I prefer working adult who takes care of the house. I will be staying in the master room with my gf, so another two rooms will be rented out for 1 tenant each room. I assume 4 pcs sharing the streamyx max. I was quite tied up previously but getting the streamyx combo package by this month, speed should be 1 MBPS. Preferrably no heavy downloading which affects the entire bandwidth.
You may come and view the entire unit. About the washing car area, I have not seen any so far. In fact, I only move in during Raya that weekend so I have not observed it yet.

Yes it is. I only sell the additional carpark at RM50 because the two car parks allocated for my unit are those one car in front, followed with another car behind. It can be quite inconvenient. However if we can tolerate I don't mind selling it with additional RM50 only.

There are Rapid KL and Metro buses heading to Titiwangsa Monorail & STAR LRT station. Meanwhile there are routes towards SOGO area. Not too sure about it. However you may come and check on the unit and its environment.
